ISO 9001 – A Certificate That Says It All About Quality

At MAKO TSL, we never stand still. The year 2025 marks a period of intense growth – both operationally and organizationally. We are proud to announce that our company has completed the ISO 9001 certification process, earning a prestigious certificate that confirms our quality management system meets international standards. This is not just a major step toward greater professionalism – it’s a concrete market advantage that translates into real benefits for our clients and partners.

ISO 9001 – A New Quality Standard at MAKO TSL

For us, ISO 9001:2015 certification is more than just a formality – it’s proof that our processes are transparent, predictable, and fully optimized to meet our clients’ needs. The new quality management system covers the companies MAKO TSL FTL sp. z o.o. and MAKO TSL sp. z o.o.

Our employees’ commitment was immense. The management team of the MAKO TSL Group was actively involved in the project, participating in the development of documentation, analysis of processes, and establishment of internal quality control mechanisms.

From the very beginning, our goal was clear: not to implement the system just for the certificate, but to create a real, measurable quality framework that supports our daily work and organizational development.

ISO 9001 Audit – Top Marks Across the Board

In May and June, we underwent a two-stage audit conducted by the renowned certification body TÜV Rheinland Poland sp. z o.o.. During the preliminary audit, we received a green light, indicating full readiness for the main audit with no non-conformities or reservations. And the main audit? Also flawless – no remarks or even minor objections, a result that’s rare to achieve.

TÜV Rheinland experts rated our preparation as exemplary – a testament to the dedication of our entire team, the professionalism of our managers, and our determination to perfect every detail.

In July, we received the official ISO 9001:2015 certificate in the field of logistics services, covering transport organization and freight forwarding. For us, this is not just a confirmation of quality – it’s a real opportunity to participate in large tenders and establish partnerships with the most demanding clients on the market.

What Does This Mean for Our Clients?

Thanks to the implementation of ISO 9001:2015:

  • we guarantee the highest level of process consistency and reliability – regardless of order size;

  • we can respond more effectively to changes, optimize routes, reduce delivery times, and manage the supply chain more efficiently;

  • we are ready to serve clients in industries with the highest quality demands – such as pharmaceutical, automotive, technology, and many others;

  • we gain even greater credibility as a logistics partner – not only in Poland but internationally.

Quality Is Not a Project – It’s a Process

The quality management system was designed to ensure that all processes follow clear, predefined rules. It requires constant monitoring, documentation updates, and alignment of policies with the organization’s actual operations.

We also made sure our team was well-prepared – training sessions for team leaders and managers took place at MAKO TSL FTL sp. z o.o. and MAKO TSL sp. z o.o. as early as March. This enabled them to effectively pass on the knowledge and principles of the new system to their teams.

Although obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification is a significant achievement, we don’t plan to stop here. The system requires annual surveillance audits and recertification every three years. This motivates us to continuously improve our processes – not just on paper, but most importantly in daily practice.

For us, ISO 9001 is just the beginning – we see it as the foundation for further growth, expansion, and building our position as a European leader among freight forwarding companies that prioritize innovation, reliability, and complete customer trust. We have already begun preparing for further quality-related projects that will further strengthen our market position, particularly in serving industries where quality and safety are critical.
